ความรับผิดชอบในงาน :

Fixed Assets

• Experience in bookkeeping is an asset
• To updated and ensure that Fixed asset registers are maintained correctly
• To provide Accounting Transactions and ensure that Accounts are done properly and key controls are in place
• To be responsible for Month-End Closing and reporting

AP

• Handles all invoices entries & payment matters / the employee payment
• Prepares and submits tax computation (VAT, WHT)
• Prepares monthly schedules including bank reconciliation and audit schedules
• Process the month-end closing to GL eg. Accrued expense, Reconciliation

Petty Cash fund

• Controls and monitor petty cash fund and petty cash reimbursement

G/L

• Assist for Month-End Closing and reporting as required and corporate tax
• Be accountable for jobs under responsibility and special assignments are completed within timeline, committed date

คุณสมบัติ :

• Female/Male, age 25-29 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 2-5 years working experience in AP, GL, Fixed asset is an advantage
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Accounting Program i.e. SAP)
• Good command of English
• Able to work simultaneously with any special assignments and routine duties with tight deadlines
• Results oriented and willing to grow
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
