ความรับผิดชอบในงาน :

• Plan and implement programs or activities to increase organizational development
• Design, develop, promote and deliver training and development that supports company's goals and objectives
• Set up HRD strategy and execution plans to serve with IT based projects
• Implement HRD operations such as training program, career development, and talent management
• Analyze problems and propose the proper solutions in terms of HRD function

คุณสมบัติ :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience related to Organizational Development and Training Development
• Strong knowledge in organizational development, HRD, competency model, career development, and training roadmap
• Pleasant personality, creative and energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience in online business would be advantage
