ความรับผิดชอบในงาน :

• Monitor product listings and develop content of the website (i.e. help, FAQ, and etc.)
• Perform a day to day operation to support customer thru telephone, e-mail, or other tools
• Coordinate with all related departments within the company
• Provide recommendations in order to improve service of the website

คุณสมบัติ :

• Male/Female, age not more than 25 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Communication Arts, Literature, Business Administration, Computer or any related fields
• Knowledge of Internet and E-Commerce would be an advantage
• Highly responsible, initiative, proactive, fast learner
• Good communication skills and service mind
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
