Marketplace Administrative – Merchant Service1 position

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all administrative tasks to support team.
  • Document verification for new merchants for an online marketplace service, www.shopping.co.th
  • Develop all materials need to help merchants understand in our service and help increase their sales.
  • Perform a good customer service for potential and existing merchants thru telephone, email and other tools.
Qualifications :
  • Female, not over 27 years old.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and highly responsible.
  • Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skill in both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and problem solving ability.
  • Knowledge or experience in e-commerce business or online shopping is preferred.
