Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all administrative tasks to support team.
- Document verification for new merchants for an online marketplace service, www.shopping.co.th
- Develop all materials need to help merchants understand in our service and help increase their sales.
- Perform a good customer service for potential and existing merchants thru telephone, email and other tools.
- Female, not over 27 years old.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and highly responsible.
- Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skill in both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and problem solving ability.
- Knowledge or experience in e-commerce business or online shopping is preferred.
